Thanks for visiting Party Time Rentals! We’re John and Tara, of Green Bay, Wis. and we’re excited to work with you to throw a party that everyone can enjoy. We know the work that’s involved in party planning. Hosting a party certainly would be easier if supplies were packed in a trailer, delivered, and towed away afterward. That idea inspired us to open Party Time Rentals in 2019 in Green Bay, after we celebrated the Fourth of July at a family party. A party packed in a trailer became reality after that summer day.

Party Time Rentals delivers everything you need to get the party started. After the party, we pick up the trailer when you’re ready. Convenient, affordable, and stress-free backyard parties are just a phone call or text away.

We provide canopy tent rentals, table rentals, and chair rentals to families hosting backyard parties or businesses hosting work parties. For quick and easy meal prep and serving, we deliver Nesco roasters, grills, and even a refrigerator and freezer powered from inside the trailer. You just add the food and drink.

Additionally, we rent ladder toss and cornhole yard games to get people socializing and having fun. Bistro Lights and 550-watt Bluetooth DJ-style speakers get the party rocking. At the end of the party, clean-up is easy with the rented garbage cans and garbage bags. Best of all, everything is conveniently packed into a trailer and delivered to your home or business.

You don’t need to spend fortune to host a backyard party or work party. We keep it simple and affordable.
